Nathan and Kristen are married! These two lovebirds tied the knot almost two weeks ago. Their ceremony was held inside the gorgeous chapel at Watermark Community Church in Dallas. It was a small, intimate wedding which perfectly fits their personalities. A little backstory – I actually grew up with Kristen! We became really close friends in high school. She was even a bridesmaid in my wedding, then – as often happens – we slowly drifted apart as the physical distance grew due to me going off to college. We kept in touch via Facebook, but I didn’t even know she was in the DFW area until she reached out to me! There’s always pressure when someone asks you to document such a huge moment, but even more so when you know them. I absolutely adore Kristen and know just how sweet & beautiful she is, both inside & out. Hearing her talk about Nathan was more than enough proof for me to know that he must be a really good guy!
Nathan was super kind when I met him. The morning went very smoothly and it was amazing that everything ran on time. So well organized! The little personal touches they added to the decor was wonderful. The archway was stunning with the wood & flowers with draping. One of my favorite moments was when Nathan saw Kristen walking down the aisle. His face says it all! Their ceremony was wonderful. After the ceremony, everyone headed out for the mid-day reception. The reception was held at 9 Social. It was a very cozy space which was perfect for their intimate wedding day. Their friends and families were so welcoming & friendly. It was a true joy and honor to be able to witness such a special moment! Here is a peek at their wedding! 🙂
