Over this past weekend, we celebrated my littlest one’s 2nd birthday with a Mickey Mouse party! His birthday is in just a couple of days, but I wanted to go ahead and share all of the fun we had at his party. After I spent hours on Mickey decorations for Luke’s 2nd birthday three years ago, I decided to hold on to those decorations for future use. I am *so* glad I did! I was able to add more to the party & it turned out fantastic! Most of the items that you’ll see were completely handmade by me with lots of help from my mom. I’ll be sharing more photos of Hudson’s actual two year session on his birthday, so today is focused solely on the party. 🙂 Here’s a little peek into Hudson’s fantastic 2 year Mickey Mouse party!
And be sure to scroll to the end to see a fun new feature that can be added on to events & weddings! 😉
Mickey head topiaries & a handmade wreath!
Goofy’s Gumball Guessing Game was lots of fun.
No party is complete without goodie bags! These were quite easy to make & have the perfect little Mickey touch.
Also shown are the puzzles I made using a Mickey head cookie cutter, blank puzzles & sharpies.
My mom made this amazing banner 3 years ago & the boy’s great-grandmother made Toodles.
If you’ve watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, you’ll know all about red gooey fish (Swedish fish in this case). The kids (and adults) loved them.
Mickey shaped everything! From fruit to desserts, anything that could be cut into a Mickey head was done that way. 🙂
And, of course, you need your Mouskatools!
Toodle’s Noodles, Daisy’s Quack-amole, Chip & Dale’s Chips & Dip, Pete’s Pulled Pork, Donald’s Yum Burgers and Hot Diggity Dogs were just a few of the yummy food items!
The kids loved Pluto’s Pop-sicles (aka sno cones). Such a fun addition to the party!
A giant Mickey Mouse clubhouse piñata with a go pro attached to the bat. Made for some highly entertaining video coverage!
And one of the biggest hits of the night……..
The new photo booth!!
I recently got this fun digital photo booth that can now be added on to events & weddings booked with me. 🙂
So much fun and so many great memories!
