Dan & Lana ~ Engagement Session ~ Dallas Engagement Photographer

This couple….my goodness. These two are such sweet, loving & genuine people. Lana contacted me a few weeks ago and we chatted about their upcoming January wedding. She said she got my information from one of my old coworkers (thanks, Jaime!). Turns out, we worked at the same organization just in different specialties from each other. Talk about a small world! After chatting on the phone & really feeling like these were going to be amazing people to work with, I was crossing my fingers that they would pick me as their wedding photographer. The next morning, Lana called with the exciting news that they wanted to book with me and we started planning their engagement session!

Lana & Dan are both super active and participate in marathons & triathlons. She runs around White Rock all the time and wanted that location to be part of their session. We picked a gorgeous spot with floating docks, beautiful views of the lake, a great field and more. We started the session off with a mini-family session with Dan’s cute kiddos (coming to the blog on Monday!) and then had some time with just Dan & Lana. These two were such fun to be around and are quite obviously head over heels for each other. It was the perfect sunny day and I love the images we created!
