Andrew & Liz are such a sweet couple. I met Andrew at a tailgate when he came with his dad to some of the University of Texas football games a few years ago. My husband & I always enjoyed tailgating with his dad, so it was no surprise that Andrew was just a personable as him! Through Facebook, I followed along from a distance as Andrew dated Liz and saw the exciting news a few months ago when they became engaged. It was so exciting getting to see that as a spectator and even more exciting when they asked me to take their engagement photos!
We met at the Pennybacker Bridge in Austin, TX for their session. This location has significant meaning to them to say the least. This is where it all began! Andrew & Liz went to senior prom together – *strictly as friends* as they told me – and went up the cliff that night. They eventually ended up together (obviously) and Andrew proposed to Liz at this same spot! I hadn’t met Liz prior to the session, but was immediately blown away by how kind & genuine she is (not to mention, completely gorgeous!). Andrew & Liz are so obviously in love with each other and being around them made me so happy! They are truly, good people and were such a joy to be with. Might I also add that Liz deserves major props for climbing up this steep cliff in HEELS! Thank you both for such a wonderful session! 🙂
Enjoy the little peek & leave them some love!
These two sure can rock out the serious look!

Julian EdwardsWhat a lovely couple. I first met Andrew when he was a small boy and I can honestly say that from that day he struck me as mature beyond his years. Sadly I’ve never met Liz (living on the other side of the world is some impediment!) but I know that she’s marrying a fantastic young man of whom his dad must be so proud. I hope to meet you both together in the near future! (I’ll mostly likely be in Austin for work at the end of January)
