Craig & Meghan are such a wonderful couple. I met Meghan literally one month before her December wedding, but was keeping my fingers crossed after meeting her, her wonderful parents & her soon-to-be step kiddos. I was hoping I would get to be a part of their wedding day – and when the email came back that they wanted to book, I was thrilled! Meghan is so laid back, down to earth & genuinely kind. Since Craig was out of town for the month before the wedding, I didn’t get to meet him until the day of the wedding. But I totally understand why they just “click”! Craig was a little shy at first, but quickly opened up and was such a sweetheart.
Their wedding & reception were held at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. The ceremony was outdoors in the Fuller Garden – yes, people – in December. And the weather was BEAUTIFUL! It was a perfect day for a wedding! Hearing them say their vows to each other was one of my favorite parts. With the overall time from booking to wedding being so short, I didn’t get to meet with them as often as normal. So their vows were a little glimpse into why they fell in love with each other. The reception was held indoors in Oak Hall. From Christmas trees, to boot centerpieces with flowers, to a hot chocolate station, to a visit from SANTA himself – the decor was beautiful and made for the perfect winter wedding!
The day started out with a big surprise for Meghan – some of her dearest family members weren’t going to make it because of a snow storm but her dad miraculously found a way to get them there!
Isn’t her dress gorgeous?? I loved the back of the dress!
So beautiful!
Craig’s face when he saw Meghan for the first time in her dress. *sigh*
Married!!
Work it, Craig! 😉
Craig & Meghan – thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your gorgeous wedding! I can’t wait to see what the future holds for your little family!
